what can you tell us? >> well, this is another tactical victory for the people who are claiming that the obama health care plan violates the constitution by requiring all americans to buy health care, and if they don't do so to pay a tax penalty. so this is one of the big sets of cases. this was 20 states, as you noted. the obama administration was hoping the courts would throw them out and find out the states filing them have no legal standing to do so. this judge thinks the case can go forward. this follows a similar ruling. he says he'll not rule on this until october 14th. just a month ago a judge in virginia declined to throw out a lawsuit filed by that state, making similar claims that the obama health care plan requirement is unconstitutional. the judge wasn't clear about which parts. it's more than he wuntd clear. he just declined to say which parts of the case he would throw out. this case in florida makes two claims. the constitutional claim, and then they also say that the state should not have
